Divulgação do Disque 180 no município
No mês em que se celebra o Dia Internacional da Mulher, a Câmara Municipal de Búzios divulga algumas de nossas leis municipais, criadas para atender o público feminino.
A Lei Ordinária 1.577, de 8 de outubro de 2020 obriga estabelecimentos comerciais e o transporte público a divulgarem o Disque Denúncia de Violência Contra a Mulher, através da afixação de placas ou adesivos com o número do Disque 180.
As penalidades previstas para o descumprimento da lei vão de advertência a multa de 100 UPFM (Unidade Padrão Fiscal do Município); e os valores arrecadados com as multas devem ser aplicados em programas de prevenção à violência contra a mulher.
